Brian and Joe met while working as junior counselors at the Colerain YMCA Summer Camp (now the Clippard YMCA) in 1987.  From the very beginning they forged a deep bond that has spanned many years and and weathered many of life’s challenges.  They have collaborated on many projects including a couple of large Christmas parties.  However none have inspired more people than their efforts to create a radio/online program with informative and socially responsible content.

Joe WesselsJoe Wessels is the producer extraordinaire, show engineer, and co-host of The Brian & Joe Radio Show.  It was Joe’s contacts and media savvy that created the initial buzz in Cincinnati around The Brian & Joe Radio Show back in 2005.  Joe’s interest in broadcasting goes back to his childhood when he would tune into 55KRC to listen to Jerry Thomas every morning.  You’ll know you’re listening to Joe when he first asks a poignant question and in the next instant has you in stitches.

Joe is also journalist, writer, and local activist who is very involved in his hometown of Cincinnati, OH where he lives and breathes.

 Brian MuellerBrian Mueller is the website administrator and co-host of The Brian & Joe Radio Show.  Brian filed the application with WAIF which led to the creation of The Brian & Joe Radio Show in 2005.  Brian was somewhat more reticent to step into the spotlight, but soon established himself as an  enthusiastic and competent broadcaster.  His style is complementary to Joe’s and together they are quite compelling interviewers and hosts.

Brian is also a technical consultant, and educator, with a passion for writing and languages.  He lives with his wife Annie and tabby-cat Gusto in New Orleans, LA.
